We may refuse or close an account if we cannot verify your identity, if you are located in a restricted jurisdiction, or if we reasonably believe continued service would violate law or our policies.

Dropfunds provides financial technology services that may include international money transfers, multi-currency accounts, virtual cards, and related features, depending on your country and account type.

Dropfunds is a financial technology company, not a bank. Banking, payment, and card services may be provided by licensed third-party partners. Availability of corridors, payout methods, limits, and delivery times varies and is shown in your account or quote before you confirm a transaction.

You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.

We may require identity verification (KYC) and additional checks for certain transactions. You agree to cooperate and provide documents we reasonably request.

Before you confirm a transfer or payment, we show applicable fees, exchange rates, and estimated delivery where available. Once you authorize a transaction, you instruct us to process it according to the details displayed, subject to partner processing times and compliance review.

Quotes may expire. If a rate or fee changes before funding, we will show the updated quote for your approval.

You are solely responsible for providing correct recipient details. We are not liable for losses caused by inaccurate information you supply.

You may not use the Services for unlawful purposes or in violation of sanctions, export controls, or anti-money laundering rules. Without limitation, you agree not to:

• Send or receive funds related to fraud, illegal goods or services, or unlicensed gambling where prohibited
• Use the Services on behalf of a third party without authorization or required licenses
• Attempt to circumvent limits, monitoring, or security controls
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the integrity of the Services

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services, delay or refuse transactions, or freeze funds when required by law, by a partner, or when we detect suspicious activity or a breach of these Terms.

You may close your account subject to completing outstanding obligations and applicable retention periods.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dropfunds and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services is limited to the fees you paid to us for the transaction giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the event, unless a higher minimum is required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes may be notified through the Services or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws specified in your account agreement or, where not specified, the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Dropfunds entity providing your Services is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
